Terms of Use
Effective September 19, 2026 · whitetailnation.us and the Whitetail Nation app
These terms are an agreement between you and FinTech Data Solutions LLC ("FinTech", "we", "us"), Andover, Kansas, which owns and operates the Whitetail Nation website and app. Medicine Lodge Meat Co. ("MLMC"), 605 W 3rd Ave, Medicine Lodge, KS 67104, is Whitetail Nation's founding sponsor: the app is built around MLMC's customers, and points are earned and spent on deer processing at MLMC. By signing up or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Who can use it
Whitetail Nation is for customers of Medicine Lodge Meat Co. who are 18 or older. You may create one account, under your own name, and you are responsible for what happens on it. Sign-in is by one-time code sent to your email or, if you choose, your mobile number; keep those private.
Text-messaging program terms
Program: Whitetail Nation texts from Medicine Lodge Meat Co.
What you may receive: one-time sign-in codes you request, account notices such as a welcome message, and occasional announcements such as the app launch. Message frequency varies.
How you opt in: by ticking the optional box on our sign-up form, by asking at the MLMC counter, or by tapping "text me my code" in the app. Consent to texts is never a condition of joining Whitetail Nation or of purchasing anything from MLMC.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and nothing more. Reply START to opt back in.
Help: Reply HELP to any message, email [email protected], or message us any time right in the app under Settings.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular and others.
Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties for marketing.
Points and the first-processing offer
- Points are a loyalty reward, not money. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and can only be applied toward deer processing at Medicine Lodge Meat Co. at the rate shown in the app.
- Points are credited after a processing sale is completed and are removed if a sale is canceled or refunded.
- The 10% off your first processing is earned by completing the three actions shown in the app and is applied once, at the counter, to that first processing sale.
- Points expire after six months without earning. If you have not earned any points for 180 days, the balance expires and is removed. Earning any points — on a processing sale or from an in-app reward — starts the six months over for your whole balance. Spending points does not extend them. Your balance and the date it expires are shown on the Points screen in the app.
- The 10% off your first processing expires after two seasons. It can be used in the deer season you unlocked it in or the season after that. A season runs from September 1 through August 31 of the following year. After that it expires and cannot be reinstated. The season it is good through, and the days remaining, are shown in the app.
- We may change point values, earning rules or end the program with notice in the app. Points earned before a change are honored under the rules in place when they were earned unless the law requires otherwise.
Your content and your data
You own what you upload: photos, clips, logs, posts, recipes and comments. By sharing something in the app you give us permission to store it and show it to the hunters you chose to share it with, and to keep it on the app's servers. Delete it and it comes off your page; copies other hunters already saved are theirs.
Account and activity data. The records the app creates as you use it (your account, your logs, blinds and camera locations, your activity in the community, your points) are held by FinTech Data Solutions LLC, which builds and operates Whitetail Nation for Medicine Lodge Meat Co. We will never sell or share information that identifies you: not your name, email, cell, locations, or what you personally logged. We may study and share de-identified, combined information such as how many deer were taken in a county, which weeks are busiest, or how hunters use the app, so that MLMC and the hunting community can see the patterns without anyone seeing you. Locations
Your blind and camera locations are private by default. Sharing them is your choice, per blind or camera, and you can turn it off at any time. Never share a location that isn't yours to share.
Community and listings
Be decent to other hunters. Businesses may apply for a free listing; we review each one and may remove any listing or account at our discretion. Listings are provided by the businesses themselves and we don't vouch for them.
Hunting is your responsibility
The app is a record-keeping and community tool. You are responsible for knowing and following all hunting laws, seasons, licenses, tags and property rules. Nothing in the app is legal advice or a substitute for your own judgment in the field.
No warranty; limits
The app is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don't promise it will be error-free or always on. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MLMC and FinTech Data Solutions LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid MLMC for processing in the prior twelve months.
Ending an account
You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Kansas law; changes; contact
